This is our third time purchasing and Ellie has been the best realtor we've worked with. Our family was relocating from Southern California to Virginia because we wanted better schools for our daughters and a better pace of life. It was daunting to think about all the moving parts this would take but Ellie reassured us every step of the way. We were in the process of selling our home in SoCal and had accepted and offer. We thought we would have to close here then rent in Richmond while we toured and offered on homes. However Ellie suggested we enter bids since we had a solid offer on our primary home already. So we began virtual tours and fell in love with a home in Midlothian. The home is in a top rated school district and a beautiful neighborhood lined with trees (this is everything we wanted). We didn't want to get too excited about offering on it because we knew the chances of them accepting were slim given the hot market. Ellie encouraged us to bid anyway. It was our first offer and Ellie walked us through the different contracts. She called us to notify us they had received three offers... but ours came out on top!! She included a photo of our family, notes about our accepted contract in SoCal, and turns out she knew the listing agent so all of this pushed our offer through. We really still can't believe how easy the process was. And it didn't end there.
