I started tagging along to open houses with my dad at the early age of seven. In true American Dream fashion, my immigrant dad went from sharing a one bedroom shack with eleven brothers and sisters to acquiring multiple properties, all while keeping his 9-5 job. Serving as his intern, I learned the family business of Building Wealth through Real Estate. Seeing what it has done for my family, it is my mission to help others do the same.

I received my Business degree at San Francisco State University and have been a licensed professional for a decade now. I apply a lifetime of knowledge in this industry to help clients achieve their goals, and pride myself in understanding before prescribing. This allows me to better serve my clients at a faster closing rate.

Previously I worked in one of the most high-paced, competitive real estate markets in the world, The San Francisco Bay Area. There, I learned to market and sell million and multi million dollar properties. I negotiated deals and built a repeat and referral business by providing exceptional service. Therefore they felt comfortable referring their friends and family and working with us again. Now I have continued to apply that knowledge in Richmond and Greater Richmond areas across all of my client’s price points.

I have sold over $60,000,000 in home sales volume. I have 5-star reviews across Google Business, Yelp, Zillow, and Facebook filled with client testimonials of my service.
